Sometimes It Starts With The Shoes

....and I fell in love with these shoes.  They are the latest release from Redgrave and they are amazing!  With an easy to use hud, they come in 12 colors and other options for the shoes and great nail polishes.  And I found the skin matching pretty easy.  I will be wearing these shoes a lot!  These wonderful shoes inspired me to put the entire outfit together and find a new place to take come pictures.  And I had fun doing it.

Dang Freakin' Zombies!!!

Two people that I have known for years, Hartigan Beck and Ayn Tomsen , created, own, and run a non-combat RP zombie game in SecondLife.  And ever since they built this place I have REFUSED to go through the gate....until now.  Since it was my 6th anniversary in SecondLife I decided to get brave and go in.  I am not saying I am smart. hahaha  So here is a short fictional story about my visit.  Basically the truth is I was screaming and running from zombies the entire time. LOL

I flew into this quiet little town and landed on the roof of one of a restaurant.  It was such an eerie place and worse because there were no people around.......anywhere.  This probably should have been my clue to fly out of there and fast.

Hi there....   WTF!!!  ZOMBIES!!!  RUN!!!

Dang!  They move fast!  These zombies are not like the ones in the movies.

And who is that dude on the roof behind me? "Please help!  HELP!!!

Whoever that guy was on the roof he saved me!  And gave me a weapon.

This sh*t just got real!

If you shoot a zombie in the head he goes down hard.  Well I'll have to talk to you later.

Not So Tough After All

I have been in "cute" mode lately. So most of my outfit choices have been adorable....so the hubby says. But for some reason that all changed today and I am in a bad-ass/rocker girl/ready-to-start-some-trouble mode. **giggles**

I reached in my SL closet and put a decent outfit together. And when I was looking for just the right jewelry items I got a surprise. There it was. A full jewelry set I made....and forgot to release. **palm to forehead** So for the first time to the public, please allow me to introduce the Addiction Scintillating Amethyst Necklace and Earring Set!!!

After getting ready I was off to explore the grid and start some mayhem. And I found the perfect place....The Innsmouth sim. There was just one problem. This place scared the crap out of me! LOL It is a very dark, lonely, and creepy place that was inspired by H.P. Lovecraft's "The Shadows Over Innsmouth" and "The Colour Out of Space". Here is a snippet from their welcome note..."You'll be exploring a coastal town in Massachusetts, 1930. The sim is meant to be beautiful and mysterious and a bit lonely." Man! They were not kidding! Innsmouth is all of those things. I totally wished I had dragged a few friends with me. A bunch of much slower friends. Because I don't have to be the fastest person. Just faster than the slowest one. hahaha

You should really go see this place. It is very well put together...just take a slow friend with you. **giggles**
