Swinging Saturday

Yesterday was a quiet kind of day for me.  But I took the time to use the new swing set I got from What Next at the Zodiac event.  I knew it was cute the day I got it.  But it is really fun too.

Meet my doggie, Wiggles.  He looks so cute but he is a little bad ass protector.

I love the flip flops from J's Shoes.   The flower is made for three different positions or you don't have to use it at all.

End of Summer Challenge

Or.....I need something to kick me in the butt to blog.  It worked! :)

Lexia Barzane is one of my awesome friends in SL and she is a blogger and amazing photographer.  We were chatting and decided to challenge each other to a blog to motivate us over the weekend.  My weekend was not as quiet as I thought it might be so I am finally getting this posting done.

The challenge was to find items that were part of the weekend sales and use those.  It was harder than I thought because I didn't find much that excited me to make the purchase.  Some weekends are just like that.  However, I love love love this dress!  It is by Addict and is called Earth Princess Maxi.  You can get it right now at the Zodiac Event.

New Release and Quiet Moments

SL can be one wacky, crazy, exciting, and even a frustrating place. But there are times when I find it to be quiet, good for reflection, and inspirational. When you find a place that is beautiful and you can get away from everyone and wander, it isn't so bad. I found just such a place at Mirromere. It is an amazing place you can walk around and see some realistic creations. So much detail and thought was put into making this scenic place. And if you have a horse, this is the perfect place to go for a ride as well.

After my recent distractions, this weekend I am releasing the Addiction Cherokee Dohiyi (Peace) Set. Dohiyi means peace in Cherokee and that was my mood as I walked around Mirrormere. I absolutely love this jewelry set made of silver, which has oxidized, and turquoise, and it includes a necklace, bracelet for right and left wrist and matching earrings. The necklace comes in a version to attach to your spine and one for your chest so it can easily be worn with prim collars. And the bracelet and necklaces also have an additional set that is scripted for easy resizing if necessary. All scripts can be deleted once you find the perfect size for your avatar. Even though you can revert back to the original settings, I suggest you make a copy before resizing.
